Booking Policy

A deposit or bank transfer equivalent to 100% of the reservation is required, you can also provide us with a bank card to charge 100% of your stay except American Express.

Cancellation Policy

Regular season: Cancellations received less than 8 days before the arrival date will have a charge equivalent to 50% of the guarantee deposit in case of 1 to 2 nights, from a third night the charge will be 100%.

Festive Season: (Holy Week, Day of the Dead, Christmas, New Year, Holidays and Seasons) Cancellations received less than 30 days before the arrival date will have a charge equivalent to the deposit as collateral.
